Product WG · Own & maintain the product roadmap

With the Foundation stepping back, no accountable body owns product direction. The Strategic Council RFC proposes an elected Product lead to define and maintain the roadmap, prioritize development, and coordinate delivery across the development and tooling WGs.

Deliverables

• Elect a Product lead (6-month term, XRD-weighted vote).
• Publish and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Coordinate delivery with Core Development and Tooling WGs.
• Report fortnightly on RadixTalk.
