$XRD is the native currency of the Radix protocol and is used to pay transaction fees and to stake to validators. You can acquire XRD three ways: on a centralized exchange, through a cross-chain swap or fiat on-ramp, or by bridging assets onto the Radix Network and swapping on a native decentralized exchange. The lists below cover each route.
Centralized exchanges
XRD/USDT and XRD spot markets are listed on several centralized exchanges:
- Bitget
- BitMart
- Bitpanda — EU-regulated brokerage with fiat (card/bank) purchase
- Bybit
- Gate.io
- HitBTC
- KuCoin
- MEXC
Listings change over time — the official Radix token page maintains the canonical, up-to-date list of trading venues.
On-ledger: bridge & swap on a native DEX
To acquire XRD directly on the Radix Network, first bridge assets across with Instabridge, then swap them for XRD on a Radix-native decentralized exchange:
- Ociswap — AMM and concentrated-liquidity DEX
- CaviarNine — order-book and concentrated-liquidity DEX
- DeFiPlaza — single-pool DEX
- Astrolescent — swap aggregator that routes across pools for the best price
