The DAO needs a budget and a contract for market making and exchange listings. A member of the Radix DLT Telegram proposed on 11 July 2026 that the community vote market making a single-purpose 6–12 month budget, as it would for network operations and liveness, and that the Permanent RAC report what the DAO's core functions cost to run. The Strategic Council RFC gives a Partnerships group the remit for exchange listings and integrations.

Deliverables

• Inventory existing market-making and exchange relationships.
• Vote a dedicated market-making budget (single-purpose, 6–12 month).
• Contract market maker(s) through the DUNA's legal representation.
• Report liquidity/listing outcomes to the community.
