Overview

Molecule is the infrastructure layer that created the IP-NFT standard — non-fungible tokens representing intellectual property rights to research. Molecule powers VitaDAO and other DeSci DAOs by providing the legal and technical framework for tokenizing research IP.

The Molecule protocol enables researchers to attach IP rights to NFTs, which can then be fractionalized, traded, or governed by DAOs. This model is particularly relevant for Radix's asset-oriented approach where IP-NFTs would be native resources.
