The ‘dApp in a Day’ Scrypto Workshops are free workshops on Radix’s Scrypto smart contract language, being run at UK universities. The workshops follow on from the Radix Wiki Hackathon that took place on 20-21st April, 2024.

❓Why Radix?
Radix’s pre-sharded, horizontal architecture is practically infinite, allowing it to scale linearly with the number of validators. A recent test on the Cassandra testnet with 64 validators hit 2.2m transactions per second (TPS) and its consensus protocol Cerberus has been peer reviewed up to 10m TPS on 1024 shards. Unlike Ethereum’s external scaling solutions, Radix maintains atomic composability across shards and the rest of its stack is also highly optimized for developer experience and mass adoption.
