Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead research into best practices and bleeding edge tech.
2. Set the project’s strategic technical direction based on research.
3. Choose frameworks, design patterns, and development tools best suited to the Radix network.
4. Implement technical standards, development processes, and best practices.
5. Design and manage sprints.
6. Coordinate with the product team to implement new features and improve oracle functionality.
7. Conduct unit testing, security analysis, and code reviews.
8. Ensure the security of the oracle network and its resistance to attacks and vulnerabilities.
9. Oversee systems infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
10. Analyze the costs, value, and risks of development paths.
11. Report to senior management about the development progress, including cost analysis, value creation, and risk assessment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
2. Experience with distributed ledger technology, especially Radix.
3. Familiarity with oracle solutions, preferably with experience in developing oracle networks.
4. Proficient in handling technological development and strategic planning.
5. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
6. Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
