P3 Community Services Handover

Overview

The P3 Community Services Handover covers lower-priority Foundation services being offered to community operation. These include RadQuest, Gumball Club, educational materials, and other "nice-to-have" services that enhance the ecosystem but aren't critical infrastructure.

Unlike the P1 gateway services that require formal RFPs and operational guarantees, P3 services can be adopted informally by community members or allowed to sunset.
