Community Code Governance

Overview

The Radix Foundation currently maintains all core code repositories including the Node software, Babylon Gateway, Scrypto language, Radix Engine Toolkit, Wallet (iOS/Android), and Connector Extension. Per the 2026 Strategy, these will transition to community-led governance.

During Phase 1, the Foundation continues security reviews and PR maintenance while the community designs long-term governance models. Eventually, community members and funded contributors will take ownership of code quality, security audits, and release management.
