The Role
As a Researcher/Customer Interviewer, you will play a pivotal role in helping us understand our users' needs, gathering insights to inform our product development and ensuring the highest quality experience for our users. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting interviews with users and therapists.
- Analyzing and synthesizing data to inform product decisions.
- Collaborating with our Product and UX team to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for mental health and improving people's lives.
- Previous experience in research or customer interviews is a plus, but not required.
