# Tooling WG · Deploy vote delegation & the Jazzer governance bot

Two engagement-boosting tools: a **vote-delegation** system (split votes across delegates, up to a 1-year expiry, sorted by combined/personal/delegated weight) and the **Jazzer bot** to surface proposals and notifications where the community already is.

## Deliverables

- Implement delegation in the governance contract and expose it in the UI.
- Adopt the Token Delegation Policy (Phase 2).
- Deploy the Jazzer bot for proposal alerts / notifications.
