With the Foundation stepping back, no accountable body owns product direction. The Strategic Council RFC proposes an elected **Product** lead to define and maintain the roadmap, prioritize development, and coordinate delivery across the development and tooling WGs.

## Deliverables

- Elect a Product lead (6-month term, XRD-weighted vote).
- Publish and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
- Coordinate delivery with [Core Development](/ideas/dao-xian-protocol-upgrade) and Tooling WGs.
- Report fortnightly on RadixTalk.
