The Strategic Council RFC assigns integrations, exchange listings, and ecosystem relationships to a Partnerships lead; Leonets proposed merging Marketing + Partnerships into one Business Development WG for efficiency. The DAO must decide the shape and give partnerships an accountable owner.

## Deliverables

- Decide whether Marketing + Partnerships consolidate into one BizDev WG.
- Elect a lead and set a partnerships pipeline.
- Prioritize integrations that expand XRD utility and reach.
