# Governance WG · Ratify the Working Group Framework & WG Charters

Working Groups are the DAO's execution layer — "token holders decide, Working Groups coordinate, Authorized Signers execute, the RAC ensures rules are followed." The framework and per-group charters activate in Phase 2 and define the very stratification this board uses. Candidate areas span Legal, Treasury, Network Operations, Development, Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Community. Daffy proposed a coordinating *Strategic Coordination Working Group* rather than a controlling council; Leonets proposed folding Marketing + Partnerships into one Business Development WG.

## Deliverables

- Adopt the Working Group Framework (mandate, steward election, budget cadence, reporting).
- Ratify an initial charter per WG, with an elected Steward and 6-month terms (XRD-weighted vote, vote-of-no-confidence removal).
- Reconcile with Phil Gibson's [Strategic Council](https://radixtalk.com/t/rfc-radix-strategic-council/2266) six functional areas (Legal, Community, Innovation, Marketing, Partnerships, Product).
- Define how RAC interim RFP authority lapses automatically as each WG activates.
